A major Tri-Service Adventurous Sail Training Exercise open to all UK service personnel, Regular and Reserve, from June 2009 to July 2010. The aim of the ex is to develop the personal qualities essential to Regular and Reserve members of HM Forces through adventurous sail training in a Service environment.

Hi Sal, sooooo good to hear from you. Everyone is asking if you are all ok. Missed you so much in Spain but did manage to keep the wounds to my head to a minimum this time, 3 I think. Hope things start to get better on the weather front, if it's any consolation we have floods here! Again! Clue for "Guess who's dead?" "Boyz on Their Own" Love and miss you tons
