We just arrived in Kochi (at least nine spellings!), can't imagine a greater contrast; 3rd class railway sleeper, followed by driving through down-town council rubbish tip in an audition for wacky-races, and ending up in a 4 star hotel (I knocked 1 star off as there was no ice in the mini-bar!) - magic!
